UK Standard
In stock items are usually delivered within 7 business days from the day you’ve placed the order. However, please allow up to 10 days during peak periods.
International Orders
International orders are usually delivered within 10 business days from the day you’ve placed the order. However, please allow up to 14 days during peak periods.
All international packages outside the UK may be subject to duties and taxes.
Any additional charges for customs clearance are paid by the customer. We cannot cancel orders on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies. Please check your local customs website for more information.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote, email customerservice@atelier-mayer.com.
Please note that extra large or heavy orders may exceed any previously quoted freight cost. If this happens we will get in touch to agree the increased charge before dispatching your order. For items valued over £2000, it is highly recommended to add an additional insurance which may incur addItional customs fees. Kindly note that ATELIER MAYER is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged if client chooses not to opt for this insurance.
